In rememberance of a dear friend who was killed in a car crash 01/09/08 (R.I.P Farrah)
A beautiful girl dressed in yellow
stands alone at the edge of the lake.
Her head turns slowly in my direction
and the faintest of smiles spreads across her face.
I squeeze my eyes shut to fight back the tears.
"I object to the bubble!" she whispers playfully.
"Why?" I sob unable to control the tears,
but when I open my eyes she is no longer there.
