After her love leaves, a girl remembers him...
When the crunchy flakes turn color and fall to the ground,
I will still want you.
When the white dust falls from the sky, and collects into mounds,
I will still remember you.
When the tear drops of Heaven collect into puddles,
I will still need you.
When the wind of the hot days kiss my skin,
I will still love you.
When everything goes into darkness, and my world crashes,
I will still wish that we had worked out.
No matter what,
I know that you were the one, and I wish that I had tried to make you stay.
