This didn't really happen. But it WAS inspired by my mom.
I shouldn’t have said that

This happened so soon
I know what it was
I shouldn’t have said that
Now there’s no bloom

This isn’t a flower
No. Not any plant
This is my mother
And she’s having a heart attack

She’s on blood pressure medicine
And she said she couldn’t take it
I just couldn’t help it
I called her a faker

She used her condition
To try and convince us
That with us always fighting
Its causing her to get worse

Apparently it was true
Cause now she’s in heaven
I shouldn’t have said that
And told her to prove it

So now she has gone
To live with her father
And I’m all alone
I shouldn’t have said that
