A creative account of what it's like to have a panic attack.
A slight disorientation
A quickening of the heart
A catching of the breath
This is how it starts

My arms begin to tingle
My head begins to spin
My heart is racing faster
My vision is closing in

A heavy weight upon my chest
I fear that I could die
I tell myself it'll be over soon
Myself says, "That's a lie!"

Breathing is becomming easier
The weight is becomming light
Dizziness subsiding
That sure gave me a fright

Until the next time I shall fear
This thing that is very satanic
For if it should ever possess you
There is no escaping
Panic
