UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Running through the alleys. The three of them, with their faces paralyzed of fear, as if they had seen a ghost. Jumping over cans and avoiding trash bins. There was no time to lose, because a couple feet away, came the prosecutor. The cuplrit of their despair. And probably, if they didn't hurry up, their death. The three teenagers, of which two were boys and one was a girl, kept running through the alleys, trying to escape. Their muddy footsteps were enough to give the prosecutor a trace. The puddles that formed after the rainstorm were blocking their way, but there were bigger obstacles. Turn left, go straight, turn right and go back. Their paranoid run was being overshadowed by the killer. One of the teens, called Eric, was thinking about what happened a couple hours ago. It was indeed a horrible sight, but he just kept going, after all, his life was in the line. He was strongly holding Zoey's hand, as he cared more about her safety than his own. Their friend Alex was running at par with them, avoidng everything that came in his way. Suddenly, their twists and turns led into a blocked alley. Then, their already shocked faces went pale. They could hear the killer running towards them. Quickly, Eric started climbing the wall. He managed to jump on top of a trash bin, on a box, and finally on the wall. Alex was trying to climb over the boxes Eric used earlier, but he wasn't as quick as his friend. Heavy footsteps echoed through the alley. The killer brandished his knives, two of them, very large and sharp. Eric managed to firmly grasp Zoey, and pull her over the wall. Once she was safe, he quickly moved to where Alex was climbing, unaware of the danger that was about to strike him. Eric extended his hand to Alex, who was trying to reach it, but in that moment, the killer grabbed Alex by the foot, and struggling, managed to pulled him to the ground, falling with a hard noise. Alex got up and tried to grab a tube, but a hard punch threw him back to the ground. Bleeding, Alex looked up at Eric, and smiled. Eric noticed that his buisness there was done, and as much as he would have wanted to change it, his friends fate was written. He stood up and ran to Zoey, telling her that Alex was fine, and that they'd meet later on. With that small lie, they fled. Meanwhile, the killer approached Alex, with knives in hand. The teenager tried to stand up and resist the enemy, but he couldn't do it. It seems as if he broke a couple of bones on the fall, and was very tired after all the running. The killer
