The timeless melody of nature echoes the lives of all.
Song of the Seasons

Winter, spring, summer and fall
Seasons sing out nature's call
Echo the lives of all we know
So it begins, a tale of snow

Winter falls, a blanket of white
A new canvas, new story for us to write
The fall of the old and rise of the new
Reborn as water, of April dew

Spring lives, and breathes, a splendid gale
A magnificent start to a fledgling tale
Pale pink petals flutter and fly
Unto a crimson summer sky

Summer kindles that frenzied fire
To create, pursue, and inspire
But soon, we falter, and grow weary
Autumn anguish, cool and eerie

Crackling leaves withered on broken soil
Our lives burdened and weary, we ache with toil
The wind steals all warmth, all strength, away
With luck, it returns another day

So winter comes and wipes it clean
With purest snow, a glittering sheen
Spring gives life, and summer, spark
Autumn collects, as the days grow dark

Thus it goes on, age after age
Time after time, page after page
And long after our short lives are spent
The seasons sing, ever content

The song lingers, beyond all time
This endless cycle, so sublime
Burdened soul, with dying ember
Hear the song; may you remember.
