A poem about "that time of month." Ladies, you know what I'm referring to.
These days are from Hell
My body inhabited by a many-faced demon
Run before you feel its claws

Ever-falling tears
Perpetually flowing *fountain of blood
Flaming fury

Do not touch me
Please do not talk to me
During this time of affliction

It's nothing personal

*Note: The term "fountain of blood" was coined by a friend of mine, so she deserves the credit for that one.
