I just thought this up....There will be more parts to it. Enjoy the story.
People say life is like a river. But...What happens when that river stops flowing? What happens when the river drys out? How do you contiune? How do you figure out what happened to your life...What happens when you forget?

My name is Kato, or that is what I am told. I have been told a lot of things over the past few days. Where I was born. When I was born. How old I am. A attempt at who my friends are...And who my family was.

All the neccisties involved with life. Now, I laid in a hospital bed. My eyes closed, I was in deep thought. Trying to think, trying to remember...What happened? How did I end up in the hospital? Or, what I thought was a hospital.

The doctor told me I was in accident...They didn't tell me much, maybe because they though I wouldn't understand? I don't know...All I know is that I lost my memory, and that I have to start over from the beginning.

They told me about my family...But, I felt nothing. I just couldn't comprehend the news. I couldn't remember who my family. Their names, their looks...I couldn't remember anything.

They said I was the lucky one. I survived that fatal crash, that no one else did...They said I was different, something was hidden inside of me that is waiting to be opened...But, how I can know what it is? I forget everything. I lost everything. And, I won't get every single piece of memories back.

I opened my eyes feeling a sharp pain in my arm. It was just the nurse giving me a shot, I thought I would be use to the pain. I thought wrong. My throat felt dry, it hurt to swallow anything... "Excuse, nurse. Could I get a glass of water?" I croaked, letting my eyes close again.

The nurse looked at me and nodded quickly. "Oh, yes of course you may." She replied, shuffling out of the room. I tried to think, to imagine my self back in that car. Surrounded my family. Trying to remember where we were going...

Nothing came back to me, my mind searched and searched. I drew a blank...It seemed to happen a lot. Of course that was going to happen...Now, I tried to imagine my self gone.

It worked...And, I mean literally worked. The nurse came back in with the glass of water. The bed was empty when she came in. The bottle of water dropped from her hand and onto the floor, rolling to hit my bed with a thud.

She then saw me...I just sort've appeared there, on the bed. "H-how did you do that?" The nurse stuttered, shocked. I looked at the nurse, puzzlement showing on my face. "What do you mean? I didn't do anything." The nurse shook her head. "Y...You just appeared there! O-on the bed!" I looked at the nurse, confused even more.

"I came in with a bottle of water...You weren't on the bed...Then, when I dropped the water bottle...You appeared on the bed!" The nurse tried to explain, but I shook my head. "I don't know what you're talking about. I laid in this bed the whole time."

"How...What..." The nurse suddenly stopped. Something shook the hospital violently. The fire alarm started going off, then the sprinklers. "What is going on? What could've happened?" I thought, looking at the nurse.

The nurse just stood there, looking at the door. Another violent shake shook the building...I didn't know what was happening, I couldn't explain it. I had lost my memory. I wasn't told about anything like this. What was I suppose to do?

The nurse looked at me. "You...Have to get out of here. What...Whoever they are...Their coming up here. You have to get to the main lobby and get out of here." The nurse said quickly. "How was I suppose to get out of here? Where was the main lobby, and how was I suppose to get down there?"

The nurse moved, quickly making her way over to my bed and pulling me up. "Look, go now." And with that, she pushed me out of the room and closed the door.

I looked around. Where was I suppose to go? I made a decision and ran left, quickly coming to stop at a fire that was burning. "Not left, thats for sure..." I turned, but as I started running the building shook again.

Something fell...Whatever it was, it had hit me. I was now on the floor, my eyes closed. Then...Something grabbed me...I opened my eyes weakly, only seeing a black figure.

"Your ours now." Were the last words I heard before I fell into unconsciouness.
