I haven't stopped feeling heartache and this emptiness in my soul since my husband left me
The pain is still so real,
it is only you that I want to feel.
To be whole again would to be with you,
To be whole again, not sad, lonely, and blue.

At first sight you stole my heart away,
Now here we are and my heart you would break.
I would still take the chance on you, even if this I knew.

My eyes well with tears, the thought of you I just can't bare.
I loved everything about you, the way you stroked my hair.
I can't help  but to feel cheated and how this is so unfair.

I feel I should have fought for you, for everything that I thought true.
I thought we'd last forever, even know it seems unclear. After two
years of heartbreak you'd think I'd just move on find myself a diffrent man,
Someone to whom I could belong.

But these thoughts of you just won't subside, I can still remeber being your
blushing bride. The walk up the isle the journey I dreamt I would take. Now here
I am sobbing I guess I've found my fate.
