How powerful our expectations on others can be
Expectations

What a decieving word:
We put it on almost everything!
Food, homes, people, even kids.
Dare we put it on God or parents.

Expectations can be the one thing that can crush a moment an evening a day
or even a year- Oh then as if that is not enough we put expecations on expectations.

Let us try not to have them, then they get bigger and more elaborate. Then we say "have no expectations" when only we have been let down by them.

How powerful this word or actions is!

I work on not having them too high, but I expect that is too high of an expectation to have.
So for now I will work on not letting them control all the outcomes of my life experiences.

Today I expect to have a good day, or not?
