A vampire waits to be freed from his tomb. ( '55 Words' contest entry)
    My wife weeps as my coffin is lowered. She has placed coins upon my eyes, and a silver bell in my hand in case I awaken to discover I've been buried alive. Foolish woman! Soon, that bell will toll; but for Thee, not me.

    Vampire...It has a nice...ring to it, does it not?
