Another insight into the twilight world of drug addiction.
What does paradise mean to a junkie on the streets,is it caviar and champagne,laying down on satin sheets,is it basking in the midday sun on an island far away,well if you asked me this question then this is what i'd say..you can keep ya shiny diamonds you can keep ya sand and sea,cause they're just material things and they don't mean a thing to me,you can keep ya caviar and champagne keep ya satin sheets,you cant lay down in a bed at night when ya livin on the streets,you can keep ya porsche carrera and your platinum and gold,they're no good to any junkie cause they'll only end up sold.well my idea of paradise is a roof above my head and to open up my eyes each day and find that i.m not dead,its the thought of no cold turkey and always remainin calm,cause paradise is nice when there's a needle in your arm,and its never needin gear cause they give it to you free,there's no sweats no shakes no agony this is paradise to me,its not losing my 3 children and its watching as they grow,continued
