Rubbing your knuckles together,
'cause you ain't got heels to click.
Make a wish.
Your knuckles are turning raw,
And we've already started the car.
So make a wish or make this quick.
The world doesn't want to wait
For the time machine you've been dreaming of.
You've got to move forward, kid.
If you think you're down now,
then in the back of your mind,
you've got to see that the only way to go is up.
Or curling up.
Choose wisely
'cause one of us is already down the wrong path.
And two can be just as lonely as one.
Or so I've heard somewhere.
We want to be up there.
But then we choose the wrong way,
Because both paths lead to dead ends and gravestones.
Maybe one of us will make it up, someday.
