Heartbreak and strife is the entire point of this poem.
To see you standing there,
In your eyes not a care.
Happiness comes, then it goes,
True bliss you'll never know.
Heartaches more, a little each day.
You shed no tears, they just get in the way.
Simple things bring a smile,
Smaller things start the fire.
Just sit and wait a while.
Good things come to those that do,
Please remember, that I love you.
I lost a piece of me, when you said it was over,
My innocent tears ran blue and silver.
Cries of pain, never knowing.
The hurt inside never showing.
The raw emotion ever growing
There comes a time when it too shall die.
