Social Trends in Louisville Kentucky and the U.S.
Alpha Belfa Parle Vu
Children full of hope but some will be struck
A-B-C, D-E-F, G-H-I, J-K-L
Welcome to a life of living hell
You can't really be involved in lives of luck.

Crayola tinted, Crayola drawn, Crayola colored tresses
Black crepe, Black tatoos, Black hair, Black Leather -
Gone are the days of Chat and Gossip, strap down shoes and
frilly dresses.
One day fair weather, the next day torturous winds, the next
day flurries of white equal unpredictable weather.

Teachers scratched their heads and scowled
Social Workers too as kids got older, angrier, and meaner.
"Why can't the system do something about this", police said. "Not my job -
but where is the person who prowled".
The judge said "Not my thing to care about either, I care about getting leaner".

M-N-O-P, Q-R-S, T-U-V-W, X-Y-Z
"I am homeless now", someone shouted out, and others pretended not to
notice,
We who were not affected pretended not to see.
"I never set out to be a fish of any kind", he said,
"especially not a smelly trout".
The busses and cars drove by fast and observed people on foot
Someone retorted "my life is not this at all, but is the 'life of lotus'".
