A sound from my heart about the Iraqi war.
The ''World'' In my Eyes

That day, I was reading the newspaper. I saw a big piece a field, and many residents were injured, they were sleeping in a big tent, with some nurses, and doctors’ help. Some of them were alive, but some of them were dead. I noticed an Iraqi boy only has 1 arm, and he was crying, and was saying, mom, mom… What a brutal spectacle!
I looked through my window, and then I thought…
With my eyes wide opened, I could see the world.
Not only in the present days,
But also in the former, even in the future.
With my eyes wide opened, I could see the world.
What I knew about the world,
I thought it was made from the wars, while no peaces.
Everyone said glorious peaces after, ruthless wars.
Why did not these two unconnected things always happen together, in our real life?
We had already experienced many wars, but we had not seen any peace yet.
With my eyes wide opened, I could see the world.
This was a world that contained too much anger.
Such as two guys ran in to each other’s, and quarreled for thirty minutes.
Why did not them to apologize to each other.
With my eyes wide opened, I can see the world.
This was a world that full of wars.
From the early fights of the Stone Age, until the wars in 21st New Century.
Did people have to have wars?
With my eyes wide opened, I could see the humans on the earth were damage the environment.
People were cutting the trees if they want to, people were wasting water if they like to do, people were working in the factories and were letting too much soot came out from the chimney, if they did not have place to put, they just put them in the air.
Did they have a heart to protect the earth?

Then I closed my eyes, and I saw a lovely world, every country were helping each other, and its president was nice to his residents… Everybody was studying, and working, with joy, without worrying.
People could leave their house’s gate opened, and nobody would go in to steal something, people never lost anything.
Closed my eyes quietly.
I felt happy, because I think I was living in a happy world. This was a world without wars, without fights, without quarrels, or worrying.
I could see beautiful blue sea was in front of my, green pearled grass was under my feet, sapphirine sky was above me, and fresh air was around me.
People were kind to others.
What a braw world!
