a sonnet, regarding emotions that are sometimes hard to express to ones you love
What I Weep For You to Know
It’s so romantic to kiss on the ice
But there is melancholy down below
When you see the cracks please be nice
Because if it breaks you may never know

The clouds move freely across the sky
The saddest tear ever cried
Evaporated before it communicated good-bye
In the mist we wished we’d tried

But I beg for your love
Every moment and all the time
I will remove my protective gloves
And touch you through all my crime

In this moment our lake is bleak
The ice seems flat but there’s a peak
