They

They live
They wait
They bear life

They are mentors
They are lodestars
They are custodians

They do so much
They do so little
They try so hard

They sometimes do right by doing wrong
They sometimes feel they are ridden with a sense of failure
They always feel it is all their own fault

They never know what to do next
They do not forgive themselves for their own mistakes
They do not always see their success

They are blinded by devotion
They are blinded by pride
They are blinded by love

They are human
They are out-and-out
They are mothers…
