A new book started by me
Preface:

Midnight:

Jake

It was midnight, so the clock said. He didn't know how long he'd been asleep, probabally arround 2 hours. The rocks hitting the window ran through his dark, still room like an atom bomb. Jumping from the bed, having enough time to throw on his jeans, he flew to the window and tore back the curtains. It was Ryan.

Glancing at the clock again, 12:02 A.M., He dove down the stairs to the front door. Thinking to himself, "How long had he been out there and what is he doing at my house this late?" As he got the last lock undone and the door open his answer soon met him face to face.

Ryan

"I'm. . . I'm so sorry to wake you. I just, I jus--, I didn't know where else to go." Ryan looked deep into Jake's eyes.

"My parents found out, Jake, they threw me out of my own home. I have no where else to go. I didn't know where else to turn, I know you didn't want this to happen, but please I need a place to stay."

         "Ryan, you know you can't. . . "

Ryan turned his head away, not knowing what to say. Jake took him by the chin, turning his head back to face him, and kissed him passionately.

"Just for tonight jake," he smirked a little bit, "and maybe tomorrow."
