poem about breakup
How can I say this,
I don’t rightly know.
You’re driving me crazy
With this arrogant show

Your brag and you boast
About all these girls
If you only knew that
I would give up my world

Just for one more touch
One innocent little brush
One more kiss, One more hug
For me, it would be enough

You’re honestly clueless
I don’t blame you
But only, if only
You knew

Would you still
Treat me this way
Joke and kid
Or watch what you say

We’ll never be the same
That is for sure
But if only, if only
Just once more

If I could hear that laugh,
The one that belonged to me
See that smile
That would set my soul free.

To look into those eyes
Just one more time
Then joy would be reclaimed
Peace would be mine

If only, you knew,
How much I long
To merely speak to you
Without saying things wrong
