This poem is mostly about how sometimes dreams don't come, like in fairy tales.
Dreams

A powerful vision,
an essence of hope
a desire for freedom,
to reach the top of the rope

A craving you have,
the wish of your dreams
the star of your dark,
to change life as it seems

The reality of things,
unfortunately
is different than,
the wish that you see

As long as you live,
if hopes don't come true
you'll always have,
the dreams within you
