A poem about how sight can be altered with love
You used to be that, sweet little, innocent girl,
who lives across the street, four houses down.
You never knew how I would watch you, more accurately stalk,
all the time I spent watching you, I learned so much;
your name, your looks, habits; both good and bad.
I came to the conclusion finally that you were kinda weird,
but in a different way, an unexplainable good way.
The time I spent watching you, there were things that i never learned
I didn't know you had the power to alter my sight.
I saw you as the girl four houses down, the weird one.
Now you are perfect in every way, shape and form.
Most would think that im blinded by love, my vision is blurred.
No; I know the truth, most people are terribly wrong.
I was blinded before, my sight clouded, my brain muddy.
You made me see, for the first time, what was right in front of me
I love you.
