poem about love what else.
Snooze bar

What a siren, ringing rocking raucous in my mind

Awaking next to her expansive tones of gold

covering the black pillow next to me.

I await her eyes opening-Eager. Excited

My soul consoled through her aqua eyes.

This was our first meeting, hopefully

leading to no more good-byes.

Time ticking, time

What a siren, ringing rocking raucous in my mind

For a moment it is her and I,

Alone in the safety of my bed.

A ray of sunlight breaks the beautiful,

Silence, and she speaks, Hello.

Hi is all I can muster.

it’s over, it’s really over.

I’ve forgotten all other women.

What a siren, ringing rocking raucous in my mind.
