Fight over a will
"That can't be right! He never even met a mr harnaz. I don't even know who he is." James argued hotly.
"I'm sorry, mr pathros, but your grandfathers will clearly states all accounts and property are to go to Mr Harnaz. As a lawyer of the state I'm obligated to ensure his will is carried out."

"How can he donated everything to someone he doesn't know? He told me he wanted the farm to stay in the family. I was there when he was lucid the last time, he was sure I'd take care of his assets, use them to look
after the family." James slammed his fist against the desk.

"Calm down, Mr pathros." The lawyer said sharply. "If you wish to contest the will, there are proper legal
pathways to follow. We can ask Mr Haynaz to a mediation session, but as the legal recipient, he has no
obligation to come." A short, shrew like man with a finely combed moustache, he open his drawer and began
pulling out sheafs of paper. "If you can't reach a satisfactory agreement, you may take it to the court and protest it. It is possible you may get an entitlement. But I warn you, it will be a costly case, and as the will has been completed properly and legally, there is no surety you will get anything."

"So his family doesn't count? His actual wishes don't count for anything?" James asked in frustration, glaring at him. The lawyer steeped his fingers calmly.

"Being a blood relation is no legal gaurantee of inheritance. It is you grandfather's wishes that are followed, and as his thoughts cannot be proven, we abide by his will. If you want to go ahead with this, you need to fill out these forms." He replied, handing over an inch thick stack of papers.

"It's impossible to talk to you people!" James snapped, grabbing the papers roughly and storming out.
