Trapped on a hidden island, afraid to leaving what was created.
Temporarily Trapped

On an island hidden by thick gray clouds, is a girl, who spends most of her days staring down at the world. She sits at the edge of her vast rocky island covered with the beauty and color of her plants, swinging her feet and singing to herself. When taken the time to look around instead of down she will notice the surrounding islands of those who also can’t escape their own paradise. They are trapped within the mist and hidden by the clouds to insure no hope of rescue or relief from their own inflicted prisons. With little hope she has, she gets from waiting for a small glances of a rainbow that arises from beneath. Escaping is not the problem, its knowing she could and knowing how. Leaving from what she know what she created seems impossible when she let fear of something new get in your way. That is until she found the courage to jump.
Falling feet by feet through the cold wet mists of clouds she shut her eyes. Her mind filled with the image of the warmth and softness of the sand between her toes. She could feel the glow of the sun on her face and salty sea air that filled her nose with every foot closer.
