The feeling of Dreams
Fall asleep, drift away; Release your dreams, fade from day.
Remember past, hold on tight; Fell the rush, don't you fight.
Into bliss, begin to stray; Deeper now, start to prey.
Emotions flying, dimming light; Conjuring angels, flowing right.
Believe in what you can't explain; Leave behind your mortal name.
Dancing figures flowing in; Now there is no better end.
Music lulls you to another game; Here you are the only fame.
No lively hand now can lend; No Earthly voice to calm and mend.
Beauty still, magic dust; Dreaming dreams none can touch.
You alone, hidden here; You create what some may fear.
Soft glance, eyes of lust; There you see to your disgust.
Gleaming here, a falling tear; Beauty fade and darkness appears.
Drowning smile, fading eyes; Bow your head, begin to cry.
Empty soul, broken heart; You cant escape, you fall apart.
Where some hide, some lie; Some hurt, some die.
Wishing steps, bitter tart; But you move, yes you start.
Thoughts flow in so fast; Here is the nightmare at last
Inside yourself, remember this; You alone can bring back bliss.
Despair and pain of years gone past; Hurt they do but its only a cast.
Straining hard to build a mist; Going back to what you missed
Now again, light of pure; Ahead you see your lasting cure.
Slowly dancing, music flow; A touch instead of a harsher blow.
Safe inside, you are sure; Back to where none can lure.
Lithe breath, gentile toe; Believe in only what you know.
Shaking head, parting eyes; Sun touched face, wholesome sigh.
Fading dream, lively thoughts; Wonders gone, colored dots.
Mortal hustle, fantasy dies; From you head, away they fly.
Here now, what you sought; Finding awake, what memories bought.
