A poem about someones eyes
I have a lot to say to you,
But I can’t find the words that seem to make-do.
So I’m giving it all my precious time,
To untangle my thoughts, so sublime;
So, judge me not from my word,
But for the person I am and feelings I’ve catered.
There is one individual feature I don’t thoroughly understand,
The one that lures me to take your hand.
It’s that activity I get when I look in your eyes.
I can never predict your thinking no matter how much I try.
For this is only because your eyes have an inaccessible glare, shining brightly,
That keeps me from seeing the inner most perception of your propensity.
It’s almost as if you’re a perplexing riddle that I just can’t decode,
And it makes the enticement that much vigorous, as you can forebode.
Crush, crush, crush; I’d rather spend my whole life pretending
Than have to forget you for one whole minute. No, not very luring.
The truth is, I can give you the feeling of deep affection
The kind that makes you fall and keeps you from depression.
‘Cause, my love's like an arm chair it's inclined to recline,
And sweep you off of your feet. My structures perfect, no flaw in design;
A decent buy for you.
