A Haiku inspired by rose petals on an empty stage.
Heavy laden scents
tinge the empty theater
with reminiscent mauve.

A lone light remains
startling ghosts from their mischief,
warding off ill luck.

Recalled words echo,
lilting among the rafters
as a bare stage stares.

But scattered across,
crimson tears of a bouquet,
Remants of success.
