Not quite right yet... the form is off.
Purple
On my arm
there it is
purple blue
tomorrow it
will be yellow.
It hurts when I touch it
but I can’t help myself.
I want to feel the pain
know it’s real
because it’s the one
I’m allowed to feel.
It’s the bruises you left
that hurts the most
because they are unseen
untouchable.
I wish I could show you
the bruises you left
on my heart.
