In the sky above
As I sit here looking up at this golden gate,
I wonder what it is that brought me here
Maybe -Fate.
I can’t help but wonder if they’ll agree to
let me in,
I hope and pray he’ll look past,
My upsetting life of sin.
Everyone looks full of joy on the other
Side that is,
“Don’t make me go back, I want to stay!”
Look how happy they are, even the kids.
He took me by the hand, let me in his world,
And said, ”You are once again Reborn.”
He made my life pure again and healed me
Of the scars in which the world had scorned.
He walked me through this new, unusual,
World with no death, heartbreaks, or any
Crimes.
This place is so lovely it feels like a dream,
That just has endless time.
I learned about this place with no worries when
I was probably under seven.
You already know what this wonderful place is
Called, its in the sky above,
They call it Heaven!
