I don’t want to remember
your unhappy smile
as rain splatters
harder on the windshield.
vicious drops, mimicking
your tears
that you never showed to me.
It was cold
snowing.
Today warm
melted tears
pellet down
stinging my cheeks.
You,

You
are all
I wish for.
