A simple moment that remains with me.
Condemned to only memories,
the sharp blade of your words cuts me…
Echoes of your haunting voice surrounding
the dull, quiet ache within my chest.
Condensation on glass cools my forehead
as I blow smoky breath on the window pane…
A rose blossom of fog…
My wounds ran deep.
