At the end of Simba's Pride, Nala is tired of being thin and skinny,
so she gets Timon and Pumbaa to help her with her trouble. They
introduce Nala in the ways of expansion. By air, helium, water
and fattening.
Once she tries them, she instantly gets hooked on them and goes
all out on mostly air inflation, water inflation and extreme weight
gaining.

Story can have other orginal or created Lion King characters
in it, but mainly Nala (adult lioness) is the center attention.
No limits on what size Nala can get to, the universe -heh-
is the limit.
Can expand slow or fast however you choose.
Hyper-fattening/inflating is allowed.
Timon and Pumbaa or even Simba must help Nala expand,
or Nala could get captured by Zira and forced-fattened/inflated.
