It is truly a need that I must find myself.
Never before,
seen by fate
I live my life
As seen by hate

A turn, a curve,
a small little break
The terror in me
It's nothing I make

Alone in this shell
And seen by all
Nowhere to turn
Nothing to yell

A prayer, a wish
I find no peace
It's not what I miss
No war to cease

I dream to find
This solace of night
Nothing given
It's all so bright

I travel a distance
To find true meaning
A fork in the road
No true beginning

A mortar of lies
A pain in the truth
Forgiven of treason
It seems so uncouth

So leave me to me
I sort all things out
You'll hurt, I know
That I have no doubt

So I take up this journey
A life soon to miss
Create new meaning
And soon find bliss.
