Its about feelings towards ones self.
Caressing my mouth
That sick, sweet taste
Enters again
Disappointment
With every swallow

Bulging
For everyone to see
I hide
Draped
In self hate

Pinches and prauds
Critiques
Hitting me
As
That endless
Chain begins

Pressure swells
Every step, closer
To getting
It off of me
