First draft of nonsense.

The likeness of my heart and mind
Is nothing more than words unkind.

With every breath my thoughts increase;
I'd close my lungs to get some peace.


Scraps of this world slip through my fingers,
I catch a glimpse of each piece that lingers.

But 'once upon a time...' was forever ago;
Nonexistent today, so I'm just letting go.
