A sonnet inspired by Psalm 19 and Psalm 14.
Consider a world with glorious scenes
Whence plants spring up under suns golden ray.
Darkness beholds sparkling stars and moon beams
Whilst in peaceful pond tiny tadpoles play.

Mountain lakes birth roving streams with ease,
Who joining together in bubbling song
Form raging rivers that pour into seas.
Fill clouds with cool rain to keep the plants strong.

Soon comes the time for flower to bloom
Coloring the vast expanses of fields,
Until withering flower, child of doom
Pass humbly away, lush fruit gently yields.

What I'm trying to say some may find quite cruel;
To say there's no God takes a thoughtless fool.
