A poem about Summer.
Ah the Summer! How I love its heat!
There is nothing in coldness and harshness.
While the color of Winter is hard to beat,
All is short of that wet mess.

Those bugs with tails of light,
buzz joyfully around the dark.
Not even the day is defeated by night.
The powers and sun have left their everlasting mark.

How I love the occasional shower,
With its own lights and sounds.
But there will come the final hour,
and Summer will be out of bounds.
