its about what it says it's about.
Embers of Light

I sit and read,
Sylvia Plath,
Poetry, like dying embers of light,
I sit and write,
I sit and stare dead on
Into the cool cold night,
I try to think of meaningful place, and rhyme.
Life is but an endless deathless rhyme,
God speaks to me,
In my dream shaped mind,
Live on,
Live on,
Dying embers of light,
For death has it’s time and place,
And that day is not today.
You live for something everyday,
Everyday,
Everyday,
Death is not your day,
Tragedy not your play,
Live on,
Live on,
Dying embers of your light,
Spark another fire,
Sing with your desire.
Life is but an endless fire,
An endless fire,
An endless fire,
Burn,
Burn,
Through the night,
Life is just the spark of your desire,
Burn,
Burn,
Through the pages of the night,
Your life is marked by your desire.
Live on,
with your fire,
Live on,
with your endless fire,
With an endless desire,
To live the day!
