{The Delhi High Court on Thursday 2nd july 2009, legalised homosexual acts between consenting adults by overturning a 149-year-old law. The reason the court cited was that the 149 year old law that criminalises homosexual acts was unconstitutional and a hurdle in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The two judges said it was “just another expression of human sexuality”.

A public interest litigation was filed by a NGO 'Naz Foundation' in year 2001 against the 149 year old law that criminalizes homosexuality. The court accepted the petitioner NGO’s argument that criminalisation of homosexual acts severely hampered their AIDS intervention programmes.

The NGO had argued that fear of harassment by law enforcement agencies was leading to hurried sex, leaving partners without the option to consider or negotiate safer sex practices. It said the hidden nature of gay groups further led to poor access to condom, healthcare services and safe sex information.

Dear readers, just see the flimsy ground on which the petition was filed by this NGO. Whole world particularly the developed western countries are under the crunching influence of powerful LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgenders) lobby. Here we shall explore the worth of the NGO's claim and Judge's decision.}

The Height of Recklessness and Promiscuity in LGBTs:

 
In an article that was part of a series on "AIDS at 20," the New York Times reported the risks that many gay men take. Almost all homosexuals who where interviewed by the New York Times were found to be deliberately reckless. 
"The prospect of going through the rest of your life having to cover yourself up every time you want to get intimate with someone is an awful one. . . . Now I've got H.I.V. and I don't have to worry about getting it," he said. "There is a part of me that's relieved. I was tired of always having to be careful, of this constant diligence that has to be paid to intimacy when intimacy should be spontaneous."[Erica goode – New York times, Aug 19, 2001]
"There is no such thing as safe sex. . . . If people want to use condoms, they can. I didn't go out and purposely get H.I.V. Accidents happen."[ Erica goode – New York times, Aug 19, 2001]
Other reports show similar disregard for the safety of self and others. A 1998 study in Seattle found that 10 percent of HIV-positive men admitted they engaged in unprotected anal sex, and the percentage doubled in 2000. Good mental health would dictate foregoing circuit parties and other risky sex. But neither education nor adequate access to health care is a deterrent to such reckless behavior. "Research at the University of New South Wales found well-educated professional men in early middle age — those who experienced the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s — are most likely not to use a condom."[ Julie Robotham, "Safe sex by arrangement as gay men reject condoms," Sydney Morning Herald, June 7, 2001]

A far-ranging study of homosexual men published in 1978 revealed that 75 percent of white, gay men admitted to having sex with more than 100 different males in their lifetime; 15 percent claimed 100-249 sex partners; 17 percent claimed 250- 499; 15 percent claimed 500-999; and 28 percent claimed more than 1,000 lifetime male sex partners.5By 1984, after the AIDS epidemic had taken hold, homosexual men were reportedly curtailing promiscuity, but not by much. Instead of more than 6 partners per month in 1982, the average non-monogamous respondent in San Francisco reported having about 4 partners per month in 1984. In more recent years, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control has reported an upswing in promiscuity, at least among young homosexual men in San Francisco. From 1994 to 1997, the percentage of homosexual men reporting multiple partners and unprotected anal sex rose from 23.6 percent to 33.3 percent, with the largest increase among men under 25.7 Despite its continuing incurability, AIDS no longer seems to deter individuals from engaging in promiscuous gay sex. [Jeffrey A. Kelly, PhD, American Journal of Epidemiology, 134(10): 1190-1205, p. 1203 (1991)]

This proves that the NGO's point of blaming the law enforcement agencies of India for the LGBT's unsafe sex practice is just baseless and utter nonsense. The NGO also said that criminilisation of homosexual activity is a hurdle in the fight against HIV instead of saying that it was a boon for the society as a whole.

The Filth and the Resultant Diseases, and the Fascist Liberals:


Medical researchers have known for many years that the "homosexual lifestyle" is a very disease-ridden lifestyle. The fact that the dominant liberal media are downplaying and/or ignoring and/or censoring the following crucial information should give you a clue as to just how biased, untrustworthy, corrupt, and potentially detrimental this dominant liberal media can be.

For example, one 1982 study mentioned in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that the anal cancer rate for homosexuals is way above normal, maybe as high as 50 times normal. The reason for the connection is that the lining of the anus, as opposed to the much thicker lining of the vagina, is only a single cell in thickness, tears easily, and thus is an easy point of entry for viruses and bacteria. Anal sex frequently results in damage to the anus and rectum. This helps explain why AIDS is spread so easily in the homosexual community. However, even when there are not any tears in the anal lining, there is still a high risk for HIV infection because certain cells in its mucous lining [M-cells and Langerhans cells] can be infected and will then carry HIV deeper into one's body.

Another study found that: 1) 80% of syphilitic patients are homosexual; 2) about one-third of homosexuals are infected with active anorectal herpes simplex viruses; 3) chlamydia infects 15% of homosexuals; and 4) "a host of parasites, bacterial, viral, and protozoan are all rampant in the homosexual population."[SD Wexner – Dis colon rectum (EAB) 1996 pg 1048]
Another study found that: 1) amoebiasis, a parasitic disease, afflicts around 32% of homosexuals; 2) giardiasis, also a parasitic disease, afflicts 14% of homosexuals (no heterosexuals in the study were found to have either amoebiasis or giardiasis); 3) gonorrhea afflicts 14% of homosexuals; and 4) 11% of homosexuals had anal warts. Another study found that anorectal sepsis, a potentially toxic bacterial infection, is 4 times more common in homosexual than heterosexual men. [ND Carr and others – Br J surg, 1989 pg 1064]
According to another study, the "prevalence of EBV type 2 [the Epstein-Barr type 2 virus] among homosexual men was significantly higher than it was among heterosexual men (39% vs. 6%)." This virus causes infectious mononucleosis and is associated with two types of cancer: Burkitt's lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
And other studies have found abnormally high rates of hepatitis B infection, hepatitis A infection, prostate cancer, colitis, enteritis, proctitis, and proctocolitis in homosexual men.

Public health records demonstrate that homosexuals, suffer vastly disproportionate percentages of several of America's most serious STDs, with incidences among homosexuals of diseases like gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis A and B, cytomegalovirus, shigellosis, giardiasis, amoebic bowel disease and herpes far exceeding their presence in the general population. These are due to common homosexual practices that include fellatio, anilingus, digital stimulation of the rectum and ingestion of urine and feces.

Some gay men sexualize human waste, including the medically dangerous practice of coprophilia, which means sexual contact with highly infectious fecal wastes. This practice exposes the participants to all of the risks of anal-oral contact and many of the risks of analgenital contact.

An exhaustive study in The New England Journal of Medicine, medical literature's only study reporting on homosexuals who kept sexual "diaries," indicated the average homosexual ingests the fecal material of 23 different men each year. The same study indicated the number of annual sexual partners averaged nearly 100. Homosexuals averaged, per year, fellating 106 different men and swallowing 50 of their seminal ejaculations, and 72 penile penetrations of the anus. (Corey, L, and Holmes, K.K., "Sexual Transmission of Hepatitis A in Homosexual Men," New England Journal of Medicine, 1980, vol 302: 435-438; as quoted in "Homosexuality and Civil Rights," Tony Marco, 1992).

In 1997 a writer for the pro-homosexual New York Times noted that a young male homosexual in America has about a 50% chance of getting H.I.V. by middle age, that many homosexuals have abandoned "safe sex" in favor of unprotected anal sex, and that the incidence of gonorrhea rose 74% among homosexuals between 1993 and 1996. [New York Times, Nov. 23, 1997, section 4, p. 1.]

According to a study by the CDC, in 2002, 88% of San Francisco syphilis cases were found among homo/bisexual men.
Another relatively unknown fact: the blood of male homosexuals tends to be so contaminated with various viruses and bacteria that all male homosexuals who have been sexually active since 1977 are barred from donating blood.

A contributing factor to all the diseases found in homosexuals is habitual promiscuity; and the popularity of drug use among them. As a homosexual columnist for the Windy City Times, Jose Zuniga, has reported, there is "out-of-control drug use undermining our [homosexual] community's health and well-being, and contributing to the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases."

Homosexual author Dennis Altman, in one of his books, likewise noted the popularity of drugs among homosexuals: "What is disturbing is the degree to which much of the gay world rests on a sea of alcohol and drugs.”

However, liberals apparently believe it's perfectly okay for homosexuals to spread sexual diseases all over the world. Why, we can't restrict the rights of people who spread STDs! That's oppression and fascism! Liberals are such hypocrites.

Gays And The Gift Of Aids:

        In respect to homosexuality and AIDS, the original spread of AIDS is generally attributed to the promiscuity of homosexual men. Originally the syndrome was called the "gay disease" because the overwhelming majority of patients were homosexual men.

Aids was discovered on 10th of december 1981 when a number of homosexual men who practiced sodomy in places such as Los Angeles and New York contracted a strange type of bacterial chest infection which is known as Pneumosytis Carinii. Some of them also contracted a rare form of cancer named Kaposis Sarcoma. This mysterious disease claimed 75 lifes of which 92% were homosexuals.[www.bbc.co.uk]
Scientists at that time could offer no explanation of how this rare disease had appeared so suddenly; but in 1984, they were able to recognize the cause and attributed it to the damage of the main cells in the immune system due to a new virus, and this is where the name AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) came from. In 1986, the virus that causes this disease was named HIV.[www.bbc.co.uk]

This disease coincides, exactly, with the saying of the Prophet  where ‘Abdullaah bin ‘Umar  reported that: “The Prophet  approached us once and said: “It is never that immorality (i.e. adultery, fornication and sodomy) prevails in a people to the extent that they do it openly, except that there will appear in them diseases that were unknown to their predecessors.”” [Al-Haakim]

This disease has spread in a rapid and terrifying manner, to the point that the number of deaths that it has caused in the United States alone up until January of the year 2000 was 438,795 people, while worldwide, the number of newly infected and HIV positive people at the end of each year reaches thirty six million (36,000,000) people. Ninety five percent (95%) of these contracted it due to practicing sodomy, while the others did so via other means, such as infected drug syringes. Research has proved that sixty two percent (62%) of these cases were caused by bisexual men as they act as a perfect bridge for carrying homosexual diseases to heterosexuals.

The Snag Of Democracy:


Homosexuality or bestiality(having sex with animals)  is, of course, not a new behavior. It has existed in practically all cultures and among all people, but usually in fewer numbers and in secrecy, not with an "in your face" attitude as it does everywhere in the world now. Unfortunately this is the reality of the times we live in. All Thanks to democracy for making the world syphilitic.
“Barak Obama wrote an open letter on February 28, 2008 to the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community, promising he would use his influence to push states to recognize same sex marriages, among other gay-friendly actions. Obama was in a close fight with Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination. So, despite personal reservations, he took a pro-gay position hoping to woo a huge vote bank of anything between 6 to 35 million people. He ended up rallying massive support from the homosexual community.

Spain will be going to polls in September, and the ruling Socialist Party has promised to legalise same sex marriages if re-elected. In Germany, Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union, an otherwise rightwing party, too adopts a tolerant approach towards LGBT rights, while the Social Democrats promise legalized civil unions.  Thanks to the clout acquired by sexual minorities in various countries, Europe has some of the most progressive laws in relation to them: 5 countries have legal same-sex marriages and 19 others have recognized civil unions between members of same sex.

Opinion polls clearly show that treating the LGBT community as a vote bank is not merely because of their own numbers. It is because of a much wider support that they get from society at large. A Eurobarometer poll in 2006 showed that in eight countries, more than 50% supported same-sex marriages. An Observer poll in 2008 showed that over 55% Britons support gay marriages while in France, 62% people support gay marriages according to an Angus Reid poll. In the cut-throat politics of Europe, there is a race among competing political parties to garner LGBT support.

Significantly, most countries with predominantly Christian populations, including Europe, have not only legalised homosexuality but gone beyond. [The times of India – 4  July 2009]”

In this materialistic age when everything is being sacrificed at the altar of 'freedom', the world from east to west, is witnessing a total collapse of morality and decency. Virtue is portrayed as evil while vices of every type are being glamourized so as to seem acceptable to society. Even when the sin such as homosexuality which is so very detrimental to the health of the world.  In many of the so-called democracies, there is no longer any stigma in even committing sins openly because of the many corrupt laws that support such sins. Infact today, in some of the world's biggest "democracies" the more a leader publicizes his immoral and adulterous exploits, the more his popularity seems to increase and the greater become his chances of being elected by the people.

But the saddest part of this is that while the Muslims were supposed to lead the world out of this turmoil and offer Islaam as the only solution to its problems, they have begun to embrace the bankrupt ways of those who are themselves groping in the darkness of ignorance. Unfortunately many of the abominable practices found in the west and other kuffaar societies are creeping into Muslim societies. May Allaah protect us!

The Great Deception And The Fools:


The homosexual's agenda is a very simple one; to make their behavior acceptable as NORMAL, and in the process recruit more to their ranks. They have a sophisticated and multifaceted campaign to achieve their goals. These include active participation in social and political issues other than their immediate ones, like feeding the hungry and dealing with human right issues.

They promote their agenda through legislation, presenting themselves as victims of prejudice and discrimination, helping to enact the gender discrimination act, legalizing and securing full benefits for same gender marriage, funding research similar to the hypothalamus issue (which shows a genetic propensity to homosexuality). Teaching at even kindergarten level that the two-male or the two female can make a family unit which is an acceptable alternative that is even comparable to the traditional MOM and POP family, religious and moral blurring on the stand by establishing gay churches and synagogues, etc. etc.

The most effective milestone in the homosexual movement, was probably when in 1976 the American Psychiatric Association (APA) declared that homosexuality was no longer to be considered an illness but was to be regarded merely as an orientation or a sexual variant. The rest, as they say, is history. This made many people very suspicious of the scientific community, who went against known scientific truth that the homosexual behavior can be changed.

If there is any truth to the claim that the male homosexual behavior could be genetic, how about the bisexuals and the lesbians. They for sure are making a choice and by our standards a wrong one too.

However, what we know from the case of the people of Prophet Loot (sodom - sodomites) till today is that this vice is of an absolutely transgressing, licentious and filthy in nature. When this behavior takes control of one of them he cannot recognize any boundary in his actions. When he hears that to which his desires incite him, a sort of madness overtakes him, and he throws himself blindly into committing sin with anyone, whether he likes the person or not or whether the person is willing or not. Homosexuals see every man specially the clean-shaven baby faced men as their objects of desire and even try to molest them that too in public places.

The Battle Has Been Lost But The War Is On:

   
GLB’s (gays, lesbians, and bisexuals) have succeeded in befooling the democratic courts of the world that they are ‘normal’. The majority of populations residing in western countries too have become victims of their witchcraft. The majority are so well bewitched that even after knowing so much about their heinous and filthy behavior that crosses all the limits of transgression and oppression, they say they are helpless and innocent as they genetically predisposed towards it.

Hence, the bewitched liberals say GLB’s must be respected for their heinous behavior and must be treated with compassion and sensitivity, and anything said that goes against GLB’s liking then they regarded it as hate speech.
 
Now then, there are many studies that suggests gambling, alcoholism, lying, stealing, back-biting, quarrelling etc.. too are genetic. I don’t how much truth is in this thing called genetic behavior or non genetic behavior. Nevertheless, even if someone has genetic propensity towards any sinful or unnatural behavior, it is the nobility of the human spirit that can overcome it. Homosexuality is the worst form of moral disease, and the most destructive one for one-self and others in every possible sense. No person is born homosexual, just like no one is born a thief, a liar or murderer. People acquire these evil traits due to a lack of proper guidance and through wicked relatives, friends, or strangers.

One of the criteria or litmus test of a behavior that is beneficial to humanity at large is, "what if the action that you are legalizing/promoting is exercised by a majority of the people of the world? Will it advance humanity or will it retard it?" “ Will it benefit the society or will it harm it?”

What do you all (including all those Judges of the world who are wrongfully warming the seat of Judge) think of this homosexual behavior?

Homosexuality has ripped the world in two halves the first half favors homosexuality and the other half is against it. The first half up till now has won battles on almost all fronts whilst second half has remained as mute spectator. Homosexuals have still not won the war since they are still in minority they won’t rest until they are in majority. Onus is now on the second half of the world to save the world from further disgrace and to clean the world from filth and the resultant diseases.
