When getting old doesn't really matter...Or does it?
My golden skin has turned brass
My locks no longer shine
My luster of youth
has escaped...so sublime

My eyes tear for lost spark
They're creased and they're lined
Hence, my luster of youth...
has turned me half blind

I've buffed all the dullness
I've tried to refine
All the luster of youth
That once was all mine

My relentless aging
Still continues to climb
Leaving lustrous youth
Even further behind

I still feel beauty
Through a distant design
For all my luster of youth
Only tarnished with time
