A cry from a young girl to God.
In the garden there lies a helpless girl whos crying,
Curled up with the dirt in the rain, shes dying,
Her frail fingers gently wipe away the tears from her angry, bloodshot eyes,
She slowly stands, her whole body shaking, and screams out to the skies,
Maybe God will hear her crying now with make up down her face,
With wrists bleeding crimson red as she prays to leave this place,
He never seemed to care for her at all when she was scared or anxious,
He only made her stupid, useless, ugly and ridiculously self conscious,
She doubts that he's listening even now but hopes that he will hear her screams,
The screams only he will understand as this girl is nothing like she seems,
Can he hear her yet? Does he really care?
Shes starting to believe that he isnt even there,
She takes the knife again to make another scar, one she hopes she wont regret,
And as blood runs hot down her hands she whispers to the clouds,
"Can you hear me yet?"
