You just gotta check it out, it may help you more than you think.
We have no promise of tomorrow. Yet we waste our lives worrying about things that, in the end, don't matter. For what? Why do we do this? I'm not pointing fingers, because I'm just as guilty. Maybe even more so than most. But I'm just saying, we all do it. We shouldn't worry about all of the little things that life throws at us. We should look at the things that God has provided for us, and realize that we are truly blessed. A lot easier said than done, right? Or, is it?

Lets take a look at something. Why do we as humans tend to dwell on things? Well, mostly because we either have nobody to talk to, or we are afraid to bring it up. Ok, so there is one solution to this problem. Lets focus on that. So basically, we need someone to talk to in order to get things off of our minds. Someone that we know will not laugh at us, no matter how silly our problem may seem. Someone who will listen diligently. Who won't roll their eyes at you when your venting. That's what we need, right? Wow!! Where on Earth do we find someone like that? The answer? Well, for the most part you won't find it here on Earth. However, there may be exceptions.

So, does such a listener exist? If so, where do I find him/her. I have never had any trouble taking any of my problems, big or small to God. Any time I feel low, I know that I can always go to my heavenly father in prayer, and He will hang on to my every word. Then, by studying his word in my instruction manual, (aka, The Bible) I'm able to come up with answers to solve my dilemmas. It's pretty much as simple as that. Hard to believe? I know. If you've never spoken to God before, I know that it can be pretty hard to grasp, because, I've been there before too. But the first time I ever spoke to Him, I knew that there was a connection there. I slowly started to realize that as long as I had Him, I had a friend till the end, and He's not going anywhere.

Come on, what do you have to lose? Give it a shot, that's all I'm asking. The next time you feel pretty low, talk to God. You may feel a little silly at first, but I promise you, you're not talking to air, He's listening.
