Ever had the feeling that everyone you knew seemed distant and out of touch with you?
I wait...
And wait.

But nights go by and still
My heart remains fractured
And I am unsure of my journey.
When is it that this dull ache shall end
If not by your touch?

I journey on,
A lone warrior.
Dust swirls at my sides
Where angels and men once stood.
But I refuse to give in.
I refuse to surrender to this bleak desert
Whose darkness blinds all future.
I shall live on!... Be it only with no one.
