fear that lies hidden in our heart.
                        Maturing In Faith
                      Written by ; Cherry012

          If our faith remains fragile,we will live in an ambiguous situation of sometimes-believing GOD and at other times wrestling with doubts and uncertainties.We desperately need to grow in Faith in order to be better prepared for the last days just prior to the return of CHRIST.Those days will be more stressful,more horrible than most of us have ever experienced.Natural disasters such as earthquakes,hurricanes,tornadoes,floods,droughts,famines and plagues will increase in all parts of the world.
          We may lose all electrical power and gasoline.Within days-even hours -medical help could be minimal to nonexistent.Sources of food and water could be gone  within  hours.If the mere thought of losing these things brings fear to your heart,just think of what the actual experience would be like!
          Regardless of how well our families or friends are doing fear can give us a vague but relentless uneasiness that something is wrong. Fear that lies hidden in our hearts can make us feel that we must do something more to protect our loved from unseen dangers. The Bible tells us that the wise person anticipates troubles and prepares for it ( see Prov.22:3).But GOD has also told us to trust to Him, and never to be anxious over such concerns.Satan, our enemy wants us to fear that some unknown tragedy is always just around the corner.These kinds of fear will gnaw away at our peace of mind unless we learn how to increase our faith.Peter experienced a phenomenal miracles when he walked on water,but for some reason his fear was stronger than his faith.When he saw the waves,he sank.You and I may be in a state of physical prosperity and emotional stability,with everything going our way. But if we have not learned how to defeat fear, we are not prepared for the future.
        The key is to believe that whatever happens is a GOD-GIVEN OPPORTUNITY  for us to trust HIM.If Peter had understood that,instead of being afraid he could have shouted,''HEY,JESUS,HERE COMES A BIG WAVE!'' Are we going for a swim?''
        Maturing in faith accomplishes three things;
        First,it pleases GOD;Without faith it is impossible to please HIM ( HEB.11;6).And He is pleased when we believe without requiring physical evidence, as stated in Hebrews 11;1;Faith is...the evidence of things not seen.
        Second,it makes us happier and helps us feel that our lives have accomplished something worthwhile.
        Third,it helps us to give blessings to others.Every day I receive hundreds of letters and many telephone
