Ignorance is Bliss, at least that's what they say....
Bring back that

Sweet deception

That gentle lullaby

Of careful lies

I want to dream

Of beautiful awkwardness

Swim in that sea

Of empty satisfaction

Let me breathe the air

Of everlasting untruth

Bask in the light

Of that comfortable denial

I pine for that

Mundane melancholy

Pray for that

Enlightenment of ignorance

Give me back my

Sheltered sanity

For I'm defenseless

Without you,

My World.
