poem about how quickly time goes by and how you must cherish every moment that life gives.
Smile now for life is young
Forget the frowns of the past
Forget the worries of tomorrow
For youth won’t always last

Today for you shall live
For tomorrow may not come
Do not mind the yesterdays
For they are spent and done

Now is the time to breathe
The essence of fragile time
For one day it shall run out
And all will be left behind

Do not waste your days
Occupied by those which are gone
Just appreciate the moments now
For old age will soon dawn

You will look back on adolescence
And these days you will miss
Forever to be trapped in the past
Living only to reminisce

Take my words oh innocence
For life is shorter than it may appear
Forget about the times of yore
And embrace the days of now and here
