Another little poem I wrote a while back. Sentimental.
How can you miss me?
I am always here with you
Our souls connected
Do you not feel me too?

My first gift of embrace
You taught me to fly
To listen to my heart
To live and to die.

Should my tomorrows not come
Death shelters no hope for release
My immortal soul will battle
to walk beside you, eternally
