things we all wish for
we all wish for another chance
to make a fresh beginning.
a change to blot out our mistakes.
and change failure into winning.
to live a better life
and to always be forgiving.
to add a little sunshine
in the world that we are living.
to know who i really am inside,
and meet someone like me.
to encounter a character
who is as real as real can be.
