A Pic n Poem inspired by a photo here in the WDC. Link on static item leads to photo.. |

Last year I was inspired to write an acrostic based upon a photo I found in one of the albums here. Over the ensuing time, things kept happening and yet I was always reminded of that photo and have looked at it on many occasions. Yesterday the Lord allowed me the opportunity to complete the Pic n Poem and thankfully the owner of the photo loves the results that I shared with him. I will be linking this to the Acrostic static item I wrote and the static item provides the location of the original photo, it's awesome when viewed full size and worth looking at if you like the beauty of God's creation up close. I love the Acrostic format and this photo lent itself perfectly to the form. This is in prose but it is poetic in the sense of the mood set by the combination of the photo and poem.
